TERMS OF SERVICE

all prices are in usdi only accept payment using tinkoff, boosty, hipolink and toyhouse premium in order of preferenceboth boosty and hipolink support paypal and card BUT you will be charged an extra 11% if using boosty and 15% if using hipolink; please make sure that you can afford itdiscord nitro is only accepted when i specify that i need iti do not work with character descriptions (except for design/reference sheet comms)you may not use commissioned art for AI art or NFTsi have the right to decline your commission for whatever reasoni do not accept deadlines earlier than 2 weeks from purchaseyou will receive a .png and .clip file upon finishing the commissionyou will not receive any printed artyou will be charged an extra of 80% of the original price per every added characteri do not accept refunds; i can't do them anyway if you use boosty or hipolinkyou will have to credit me when posting my art anywhere, including using it as a pfp or banner on any websiteyou may not claim my art and designs as your ownyou are not allowed to trace the commissioned artwork without my consent; feel free to edit it though, just make sure to credit meyou will be banned from commissioning me/receiving my designs again in the future and will be put in a public blacklist if you break any of the terms listed here
