TERMS OF SERVICE

all prices are in usd
i only accept payment using tinkoff and boosty. paypal and cashapp may be accepted without additional service fees (~10% using boosty) through a middleman; you will send the money over to my friend and he will transfer it to me on boosty
i do not accept refunds, my payment methods (other than tinkoff) do not offer them anyway
i do not work with character descriptions
you may not use commissioned art for any usage in generative AI
i have the right to decline your commission for whatever reason
i do not accept deadlines earlier than 2 weeks from purchase
by default there is NO DEADLINE, commissions may take months to complete; please specify if you want it done within a specific time frame
you will receive a .png and .clip file upon finishing the commission
you agree to have the commissioned work posted on my social media accounts and to my portfolio unless specified otherwise
you will have to credit me when posting my art anywhere, including using it as a pfp or banner on any website
you may not claim my art and designs as your own
you will be put in a queue and informed about your place in it upon commissioning. the queue is not public
you will be banned from commissioning me/receiving my designs again in the future and will be put in a public blacklist if you break any of the terms listed here
